How a project runs
week 1
A working session, then a written scope with a price band and a date. You can take it elsewhere. Most people don't.
weeks 2 – 8
Staging is live from the first week. You see progress as software, not slide decks. Weekly call, written notes, no surprises at the end.
week 9
Production deploy, monitoring, a recorded walkthrough and a handover document. Your team can run it without us.
after launch
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, a monthly retainer if you want one, or nothing if you don't.
We reply within one working day.
