The brief
Six clinics, one paper intake form, and a receptionist at each site typing it into the practice system after the patient had already sat down. Meridian wanted patients to check in on a tablet in Arabic or English and have the record appear in the clinical system before the consultation.
What we built
A React Native tablet app that runs offline and syncs, a Node service that maps intake answers onto the practice system's API, and an admin view for the clinic managers. Data stays in the UAE region.
Arabic and English intake flow with signature capture
Offline-first sync so a dropped connection never loses a form
Mapping layer to the existing practice-management API
Manager dashboard for wait times per clinic
